Lizzy’s new template-based skill turns any document into a personal skill that produces new documents in exactly your format - a single document or a whole series from a list, with your logo, letterhead, and personal signature
Warning letters, agreements, fee proposals, or pleadings: every firm has documents whose structure is nearly identical each time, with only the details changing. The familiar method is to open the last document, delete the previous matter’s details, fill in the new ones, and make sure no other client’s name or stray paragraph is left behind. It works, but it takes time, and each time you have to check that the format, the logo, and the letterhead didn’t change along the way.
Lizzy’s template-based skill saves you that work. It creates a personal skill for you that produces documents from your template, again and again, in exactly the same format.
There are two ways to start. If you already have a ready template with the details to complete marked in it, you attach it.
If not, it’s enough to upload one of your documents of the kind you want to repeat, and Lizzy prepares a new Word template from it. It clears out all the text specific to that matter, leaves open places in its place, and keeps the firm letterhead, layout, and design exactly as they are. The template is shown to you for approval, and if it fits, it becomes part of your skill.
Before Lizzy writes the skill, it asks whether there is a working method you want the skill to follow. Whatever you write is included in the skill as a binding rule, and applied every time it produces a document.
Once the skill is created, working with it is simple. You choose whether you want a single document or a series from a list, and upload the documents relevant to the matter. Lizzy takes the details from them and asks about what’s missing.
Every document is produced from a clean copy of the template, so the fixed text stays exactly as it is, and details from one document never carry over into another. In a series, every line in the list becomes its own document. At the end of the process, you get a short summary: what was produced, what it’s based on, and which places were left open.
Lizzy’s template-based skill turns a document you write again and again into a personal skill: a clean template born from a real document, a working method built into it, and production of a single document or a whole series in the firm’s exact format. For teams who want to save repetitive work without giving up format and accuracy, this is exactly the skill for you.
