The Software is provided by LizzyAI Ltd. Our mission is to enhance the expertise of legal professionals through AI. We offer free and paid plans and hope you'll use and enjoy them.

  • 1 Definitions
  • 1.1

    "Device" means the hardware device (such as a personal computer or a mobile device) that you own, control or use, on which the Software is used.

    1.2

    “LizzyAI” (or “we", "us" or "our") means LizzyAI Ltd., a private company incorporated in Israel, with registered offices at 2b Geiger St., Tel Aviv - 6915234, Israel.

    1.3

    “Personal Information” means any information that may be used, either alone or in combination with other information, to personally identify an individual, such as a first and last name, an email address, physical address, Identification number etc.

    1.4

    “Software” means the Lizzy legal AI software (owned and operated by LizzyAI), including any associated applications, backend, websites, services, and Documentation as updated from time to time, as well as the lizzyai.com website.

    Terms of Use. The Software is subject to our then current Terms of Use, available at www.lizzyai.com/terms.This Privacy Policy forms a part of and should be read in conjunction with the Terms of Use.

    Consent. Consent. You are not legally obligated to provide us with Personal Information, and you hereby confirm that providing us with Personal Information is at your own free will. By using the Software, you consent to the terms of this Privacy Policy and to our collection, processing and sharing of Personal Information for the purposes set forth herein. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, please do not access or otherwise use the Software.
  • 4 What Personal Information We Collect and How We Collect It.
  • We may receive and/or collect Personal Information from you in the following ways:

    Account. In order to use certain services that we offer, you may be required to create an account. If you create an account, you may be required to provide us with certain Personal Information.

    4.2

    Communications.If you contact us in any manner, including sending us “Contact Us”, support, feedback or any other request / notification, whether by submitting an online form that we make available or by sending an email to an email address that we display, or in any other manner, you may be required to provide us with certain information such as your name and email address.

    User Content.User Content refers to the text and documents you enter, upload, and transmit when you use our Software.

    4.4

    Purchases. Our Software may include the option to purchase certain products, plans or services from us. If you choose to make a purchase we will require sufficient information from you to complete the transaction. Such information could include a credit card number and related account and billing information, invoice related information, and other data required to process the order. We may also update such data should you grant us permission to bill you or your credit card for recurring charges, such as monthly or other types of periodic payments. We may use the tools, software or services of third-party service providers to process transactions on our behalf, in which case you acknowledge and agree to review and be bound by the terms of use and privacy policy of said third-party service provider.

    Log Files. We may make use of log files. The information inside the log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, type of browser, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date/time stamp, referring/exit pages, clicked pages and any other information the browser and/or OS and/or our app / software may send to us. We may use such information to analyze trends, administer the Software, track users’ actions on the Software, track user’s location and gather demographic information.

    Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies. Our Software may utilize “cookies”, anonymous identifiers and other tracking technologies in order for us to provide our Software and present you with information that is customized for you. We may also use third party tools and related cookies. A “cookie” is a small text file that may be used, for example, to collect information about activity on the Software. We may use web beacons, tags, and scripts in our websites or in emails to help us deliver cookies and count visits, understand usage and campaign effectiveness, and determine whether an email has been opened and acted upon. We may receive reports based on the use of these technologies by our service/analytics providers (for example, Google Analytics). Certain cookies and other technologies may serve to recall Personal Information, such as an IP address, previously indicated by a user. Most browsers allow you to control cookies, including whether or not to accept them and how to remove them. You may set your browser to notify you if you receive a cookie, or you may choose to block cookies with your browser. Note that we currently do not respond to “Do Not Track” requests.

    Device Data. We may collect limited information from your Device, in order to operate and provide the Software. Such information may include your Device type, Device ID, IP or other identifiers..

    Analytics Systems. We may use various analytics and/or marketing tools to collect information about use of the Software (“Analytics Tools”). Analytics tools may collect information such as how often users visit the Software, which functionality they use and how often they use such functionality, what pages they visit, and what other sites they used prior to coming to the Software. We use the information we get from Analytics Tools to maintain and improve our Software. We may combine the information collected through the use of Analytics Tools with personally identifiable information to improve and personalize the Software. The ability of the third parties operating those tools to use and share information collected by the Analytics tools about your visits to and use of the Software is governed by the terms and privacy policy of each specific tool .

    Social media features. Our Software may include social media features, including Facebook “Like” button and Twitter “Follow” button. These features may collect your IP address, which page you are visiting on our site, and may set a cookie to enable the feature to function properly. Your interactions with these features are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing it.

    Support logs. We may store additional log files on your Device for support and debug purposes. We may request you to send such logs to us as part of a support / feedback handling flow. These logs may contain sensitive personal data related to various features of the Software that you may have used (such as text inputs and outputs). Please be aware of this and don't send us log files if you feel they may contain sensitive information.
  • 5 The Way We Use Personal Information.
  • We may use your Personal Information for the following purposes:

  • 6 Disclosure and Transfer of Personal Information.
  • We do not sell your Personal Information. We may process your Personal Information in the United States and around the world. We may disclose and/or transfer your Personal Information to third parties, as provided below. Such information may be transferred to other countries and/or geographical regions and/or replicated across regions.

    6.1

    Vendors and Service Providers. To assist us in providing our Software, meeting business and technical operations needs and to perform certain services and functions, we may provide Personal Information to trusted vendors and service providers, including providers of hosting services, backend services, authentication services, analytics services, AI services, security services, email communication and other information technology services providers. Some of these parties are global in nature and may process the information in multiple locations globally. Pursuant to our instructions, these parties will access, process, or store Personal Information only in the course of performing their duties to us. Below is a list of some key service providers we may use:

    6.2

    Affiliates: We may disclose Personal Information to our affiliates, meaning an entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with us. Our affiliates may use the Personal Information we share in a manner consistent with this Privacy Policy.

    Legal Requirements. We may share your Personal Information, including information about your interaction with our Software, with government authorities, industry peers, or other third parties (i) if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, (ii) to protect and defend our rights or property, (iii) if we determine, in our sole discretion, that there is a violation of our terms, policies, or the law; (iv) to detect or prevent fraud or other illegal activity; (v) to protect the safety, security, and integrity of our products, employees, or users, or the public, or (vi) to protect against legal liability.

    Strategic Transactions. In the event that we are acquired by or merged with a third party entity, or in the event of bankruptcy, transfer of service or a comparable event, we reserve the right to disclose, transfer or assign the Personal Information collected and/or processed hereunder in connection with the foregoing events.

    Your Rights. Depending on location, users in certain regions, may have certain statutory rights in relation to their Personal Information. For example, you may have the right to: (i) Access your Personal Information and information relating to how it is processed, (ii) Delete your Personal Information from our records, (iii) Rectify or update your Personal Information, (iv) Transfer your Personal Information to a third party (right to data portability), (v) Restrict how we process your Personal Information, (vi) Withdraw your consent—where we rely on consent as the legal basis for processing at any time, (vii) Object to how we process your Personal Information, (viii) Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. You can exercise some of these rights through our Software user interface.     Use of Anonymous Information. We may use and/or Anonymous Information (as defined below) or disclose it to third party service providers in order to provide and improve our Software and enhance your experience with the Software. We may also disclose Anonymous Information to third parties, including advertisers and partners. “Anonymous Information” means information which does not enable identification of an individual user, such as aggregated information about the use of our Software.

    Opting Out. You may choose not to receive future promotional, advertising, or other Services-related emails from us by selecting an unsubscribe link at the bottom of each email that we send or by contacting us at info@lizzyai.com. Please note that even if you opt out of receiving the foregoing emails, we may still send you a response to any “Contact Us” request as well as administrative emails (for example, in connection with a password reset request) that are necessary to facilitate your use of the Software.

    Choice. At all times, you may choose whether or not to provide or disclose Personal Information. If you choose not to provide mandatory Personal Information, you may be unable to access the Software or certain features of the Software that involve our interaction with you.

    Links to and Interaction with Third Party Products. The Software may enable you to interact with or contain links to your Third Party Account and other third party websites, mobile software applications and services that are not owned or controlled by us (each a “Third Party Service”). We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such Third Party Services. Please be aware that Third Party Services may collect Personal Information from you. Accordingly, we encourage you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policy of each Third Party Service that you choose to use or interact with.

    Children’s Privacy . We do not intend to collect Personal Information from anyone we know to be under 18 years. If you are under 18 years of age, please do not submit any personal information through our Software. If we learn that we have collected Personal Information from a child under 18 years, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.     Security. The security of your Personal Information is important to us. We implement commercially reasonable efforts to protect your Personal Information and follow generally accepted industry standards. However, no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to use reasonable acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security or confidentiality.     Data Retention. We’ll retain your Personal Information for only as long as we need in order to provide our Software to you, or for other legitimate business purposes such as resolving disputes, safety and security reasons, or complying with our legal obligations. How long we retain Personal Information will depend on a number of factors, such as the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the information, the potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure, our purpose for processing the information, and any legal requirements.

    Merger, Sale or Bankruptcy. In the event that we are acquired by or merged with a third party entity, or in the event of bankruptcy or a comparable event, we reserve the right to disclose, transfer or assign the Personal Information collected and/or processed hereunder in connection with the foregoing events.

Our legal bases for processing your Personal Information include: (i) Performance of a contract with you when we use Personal Information required to provide and maintain our Software. If you do not provide this information, we may not be able to provide our Software to you. This may include the processing of account information, technical information and User Content. (iii) Your consent when we ask for your consent to process your Personal Information for a specific purpose that we communicate to you. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. (iv) Compliance with our legal obligations when we use your Personal Information to comply with applicable law or when we protect our or our affiliates, users, or third party rights, safety, and property.

    Google Analytics Notice. We may use Google Analytics to maintain and improve our Software. Google Analytics is an analytics service provided by Google LLC (“Google”). Google utilizes the Data collected to track and examine the use of our Software, to prepare reports on its activities and share them with other Google services. Google may use the Data collected to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network, and provides an Opt Out link.

    Organization Policies. If you use our Software as part of an organization plan, your use of the Software is also governed by your organization policies.

    Modifications. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post an updated version on this page, unless another type of notice is required by applicable law. Your continued use of the Software following such an update means that you accept the changes.

    Commitment. We are committed to protecting your privacy. Protecting your privacy online is an evolving area, and we are constantly evolving our Software to meet these demands.
