Tokens are offered in prepaid top-up packages, with prices starting at $5 per million tokens and decreasing for larger packages. Prepaid tokens expire upon subscription termination or one (1) year from purchase, whichever occurs first. Tokens may also be consumed on a postpaid basis for Organization and Enterprise plans and are priced at $6 per million tokens. We also offer committed monthly token packs at discounted pricing, as described in our pricing page.

"Tokens" are the units used to measure usage of AI models. A token may represent a whole word, part of a word, punctuation, formatting, or other characters processed or generated by the applicable AI model, and the conversion of words or characters into tokens may vary by AI model provider.
Token consumption is determined by the total number of tokens (input and output) consumed by each user. For reference, 1,000 tokens are approximately equivalent to 700 English words or about 1 page of text. Please note that the token count may vary significantly for different languages compared to the English benchmark. Token count may also vary across AI model providers.
Token pricing reflects the actual cost of tokens consumed by third-party AI models, plus additional charges for overhead such as preprocessing costs (e.g. OCR) and financing-related costs based on the payment terms (for example, interest, risk factors, and similar charges). Because different AI models have different pricing, we may apply model-specific consumption adjustment factors to reflect pricing gaps between premium and more cost-effective models, which may result in the number of billable tokens being adjusted based on the model used.
We also offer the option to upgrade to pre-committed monthly token packs. Token packs are a more economical way to purchase tokens, as we subsidize token pricing in light of the applicable monthly commitment. All plans include a standard token pack by default and may be upgraded to higher token packs. Current token pack pricing is available on our pricing page.
